Welcome to Tethered Soul Healing and Readings, my name is Crista. I am an empath, and have struggled my entire life trying to find my calling. I owned a Post - construction cleaning company for seventeen years and was pulled away from the comfortable life I had built for myself and my three children in order to step into what I know to be my destined path.

At age four my daughter was diagnosed with mental disabilities that contributed to an uneasy home for myself and my other two children. I found myself seeking answers and different ways to help my daughter navigate and regulate some of her challenging feelings and emotions.

In 2018, I was guided to an energy healing modality called access bars. I decided to sign up for the class in hopes that the energy work would contribute to my child in a positive way.

Not only did it help my daughter, I fell in love with the way it made me feel. This was my first love and driving force to learn all that I could about energy work, and how it could help my daughter and others.

At the time I had been reading tarot for a few years, and had a small client base built helping spiritually guide anyone seeking my services. I absolutely loved connecting with people energetically as it was one of the things I was being guided to. I knew that at some point I was going to be dedicating my life to helping others full time. It was my heart and soul to not only channel, but to also help others face and heal their trauma.

I decided in 2020 that I was surrendering to my destined path and letting go of anything that was holding me back from doing what I loved full time. I committed to going back to school full time to become a hypnotherapist to add to my other healing practices. I have been absolutely honoured to work with so many existing clients from my tarot business in the process of learning and growing and they have been a huge part of my motivation.

It has also been a game changer watching my daughter grow and heal to the point that we no longer need to look at medication to regulate her "super powers". Since I have had the opportunity to work with so many beautiful souls including many other children, and have seen so much transformation. It has been an honour to be the conduit to so many peoples spiritual growth, and healing journey.
